摘  要:目的对昌平区特殊行业家蝇抗性进行测定。方法采用药膜法对采自我区家蝇进行DDVP、残杀威和高效氯氰菊酯的抗性测定。结果该地区家蝇对DDVP的LD50为6.271 963(4.745 079~8.290 173)μg/只,抗性系数达315.33,残杀威的LD50为0.424 357(0.315 863~0.570 119)μg/只,抗性系数达223.35,对高效氯氰菊酯LD50为0.029 753(0.023 052~0.038 403)μg/只,抗性系数为57.22。结论该地区家蝇对3种杀虫剂抗性均达到了高抗性水平,对DDVP抗性最高。建议该地区停止有机磷类药物的使用,减少菊酯类和氨基甲酸酯类药品的使用。Objective To investigate the resistance of Musca domestica in special industry in Changping district. Methods Membrane method was used to test the resistance of Musca domestica to DDVP,propoxur and Beta-cypermethrin.Results The resistance coefficient to DDVP,propoxur and Beta-cypermethrin were 315.33(LD50=6.271 963 μg,4.745 079~8.290 173),223.35(LD50=0.424 357μg,0.315 863~0.570 119),57.22(LD50=0.029 753 μg,0.023 052~0.038 403) respectively.Conclusion The resistance of Musca domestica to insecticides in Changping district was on high level, especially to DDVP. Organophosphorus insecticides should be forbid-den for using in this district , pyrethrin and carbamates series should be used less.
