摘  要:目的:HPLC测定维药老鼠瓜中槲皮素的含量。方法:反相高效液相色谱法,色谱条件:Kromasil C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-0.4%磷酸(47∶53);检测波长:370nm。结果:槲皮素在2.0~20μg·mL-1呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9993),平均回收率为98.8%(RSD=1.75%,n=6)。老鼠瓜中槲皮素的平均含量为273μg·g-1,而且老鼠瓜中槲皮素的含量与产地有较大的关系。结论:该方法简便、准确、快捷,通过本实验为进一步开发利用新疆丰富的药物资源提供了参考依据。Objective: The content of Quercetin in Capparis spinosa L. was determined by RP-HPLC. Methods: Using Kromasil Cis column(250mm ×4.6mm,5μm), The mobile phase was CH3OH -0.4%H3PO4(47:53) with flow rate of 1.0mL·min^-1, the detection wavelength was 370nm. Results: There was a good linear relation between the concent of Quercetin(2. 0 -20μg·mL^-1 ) and the peak area value(r =0. 999 3), the average recovery was 98.8% with the RSD of 1.75 % ( n = 6) . The results show that there are distinctly different in contents of Quercetin among different cultivars. Conclusion: Our study provides a new scientific basis for further study and general application of Capparis spinosa L. This method is convenient, accurate and can be used to identify and evaluate the quality of Capparis spinosa L..
