摘　　要：目的:建立飞扬草中槲皮苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,ZORBAX SB-Aq(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)色谱柱,柱温25℃;流动相为乙腈-0.2%磷酸溶液(23∶77),检测波长为256nm,流速为0.8mL·min-1。结果:槲皮苷进样量在0.1213～2.426μg呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9999,平均回收率98.25%,RSD=1.21%(n=6)。结论:该方法快速,简便,准确,为飞扬草药材的质量控制提供参考。Objective： To establish a HPLC method for the determination of quercitrin L. Methods： Using ZORBAX SB-Aq（4.6mm×250mm,5μm） Column, at 25℃, acetonitrile -0.2% （23：77） was used as the mobile phase, the detection wavelength was 256nm and the flow rate was 0. 8 mL·min^-1. Results： The quercitrin had a good linearity relationship between 0. 121 3μg and 2. 426μg, r =0. 9999, the average recovery rate was 98.25 % with RSD = 1.21% （ n = 6） . Conclusion： The method is simple, rapid and accurate, and is suitable for the quality control of Euphorbia hirta L.
