摘　　要：政治学与行政学专业必须转变传统教育观念,以市场为导向,将全面素质教育作为制定政治学与行政学专业培养目标和教学计划的宗旨,构建科学的课程体系。转变教学方式,发挥课堂教学素质教育的主渠道作用。重视社会实践,培养学生的综合素质和就业能力。利用学生社团和第二课堂,拓展学生的技能和经验。重视大学生职业生涯辅导这一素质教育的有效途径,做好就业指导工作,帮助学生形成正确的就业观念,以提高学生的就业竞争力。Political science and Administration have to change the traditional concept of education. For constructing scientific currieultan system, the market should be taken as the guidance and the education for all - around development as the goal. The teaching methods should be changed,all- around development plays the most important role in the education, students＇ overall quality and employment ability should be paid attention. The students＇ league and the second class to develop their skills and experiences should be made use of. College students＇ employment counseling should be strengthened for giving the best guidance for their future occupations and for helping them form the correct view and improve their competition.
