职业卫生监管力量配备的理论与试点研究

摘　　要：在不同级别职业危害作业场所监管频次研究的基础上,对监管部门职业卫生监管力量配备的计算方法进行理论研究,并通过职业卫生现场模拟监察和问卷调查验证理论计算结果。同时将试点地区安监部门安全生产监察工作与职业卫生监管力量配备情况进行比较研究。研究结果表明,计算得到的职业卫生监管力量配备基本能够满足职业危害分级监管的需求。On the basis of the study of the supervision frequency on work place with different occupational hazards levels, the calculation methods of supervision forces configuration in supervision department on occupational hazards. The theoretical calculation resuhs were verified through the simulation supervision on the scene and questionnaire survey. The occupational hazards supervision forces configuration and work safety inspection supervision were compared simultaneously at the experimental zones. The results show that the calculated occupational hazards supervision forces configuration basically meet the needs of classification supervision on occupational hazards.
