摘　　要：目的通过对石家庄市乡级结核病痰涂片检查点工作开展的情况分析,来评价乡级查痰点在推动结防工作、提高肺结核病人发现、方便患者就诊等方面的效果。方法对全市75个乡级查痰点的基本情况、2006—2008年的工作开展情况、痰菌检查结果进行描述性分析。结果乡级查痰点共有专业人员75人,全部为兼职人员。2006、2007、2008年对可疑者痰菌检查分别为4344、7925、6906人份;发现涂阳病人41、19、23例,阳性检出率分别为0.94%、0.24%、0.33%。2006年75个乡级查痰点全部正常开展工作,2007、2008年分别有4个和7个查痰点未正常开展工作。乡查痰点发放补助160218元,平均发现1例涂阳病人投入1930元。结论乡查痰点在提高病人发现上效果不太理想,投入大,产出小。目前在乡镇卫生院设置查痰点,无论是在人员、房屋设置,还是设备等软硬件配备上都不适宜。[ Objective] To evaluate tuberculosis （ TB ） sputum smear spots at the township level in the effects of promoting tuberculosis control, improving the discovery of TB patient, facilitating treatment of TB patients. [ Methods ] Descriptive Analysis was con- ducted on fundamental state of 75 sputum smear spots at township level, implementation of TB control during 2006--2008 and sputum examination results. [ Results] Township level sputum smear spots had 75 specialists who were employed for part-time job. In 2006, 2007and 2008 suspicious sputum inspection was 4344, 7925 and 6906 person-shares respectively ; smear-positive patients were 41 （0.94% ） , 19 （ 0. 24% ） and 23 （ 0.33% ） respectively. 75 sputum smear spots at the township level ran normally in 2006 ; 4 and 7 spots in 2007 and 2008 did not run normally. 160 218 yuan of subsidy was granted in sputum smear spots, 1930 yuan was invested in each patient. [ Conclusion ] Sputum smear spots at the township level did not do well in TB patients discovery, with big investment and small output. Sputum smear spot is not suitable to be established in township hospital in terms of staff, housing settings, or equipment.
