摘　　要：目的了解广西西部农村人群皮肤病的发病情况。方法采用随机整群抽样方法,选择3个自然村的6593人作为调查对象进行皮肤病流行病学调查。结果6593人中共发现皮肤病44种,皮肤病患者273例,患病率4.14%。男、女性别患病率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论皮肤病在该地区患病率较高,可能与地理条件及卫生状况欠佳有关。[ Objective ] To understand the incidence of dermatosis among the rural residents in the western Guangxi. [ Methods ] Random cluster sampling method was adopted to select 6593 people of 3 villages as respondents of dermatosis epidemiological investigation. [Results] Totally 44 kinds of dermatosis were identified in 6593 residents, 273 were dermatosis patients, prevalence was 4.14%. The difference of prevalence between genders was significant （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. [ Conclusion] The prevalence of dermatosis is relatively high in this area, which may related with geographical conditions and poor health status.
