摘 要:心肌细胞丢失后继发的心力衰竭预后不佳,主要是因为心肌细胞是不可再生的。骨髓间充质干细胞(BMSCs)被认为是一种具有多向分化潜能的细胞,移植到受损心脏后可明显提高心功能。长期以来,人们认为BMSCs主要是通过分化为心肌样细胞来改善心功能的,然而这种观点受到越来越多的质疑。BMSCs的旁分泌行为具有修复心脏的作用,同时其抑制T淋巴细胞增殖和避免排斥反应的免疫调节,为人们对BMSCs修复心脏的机制带来新的线索。Heart failure after the loss of myocardial cells has not been cured effectively because myocardial cells are not regenerative cells. Bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs)are considered to be a type of cell with multi-directional differentiation potency, and could improve the heart function evidently when transplanted into damaged heart. However, people have raised doubts about the opinion that BMSCs transplanted into heart improve heart function mainly through their differentiation into eardiomyocytes. The paracrine actions of BMSCs and their immunomodulation properties of suppressing T lymphocyte proliferation and avoiding immunological rejection, give us new considerations about the mechanism of recovering heart of BMSCs.
