摘　　要：大肠癌是世界范围内最常见的癌症之一，在西方社会其发病率排在肿瘤的第2位，在我国的消化道肿瘤中排第4位。尽管手术、放疗、化疗技术不断提高，但5年生存率低于50%。随着科学技术的发展，125^I粒子永久性组织间植入内放射已成为大肠癌治疗的新方法，本文综述了125^I粒子永久性组织间植入内放射治疗大肠癌的研究进展。Colorectal cancer is one of the most common cancers worldwide. It is the second most common type of cancer in the western world, and the fourth most common type of digestive tumors in China. Despite improvements in surgery, radiotherapy and chemotherapy, the overall five-year survival is less 50%. With the development of technology, brachytherapy with permanent 125^I seed implantation become a new hotspot in treatment of colorectal cancer. This article reviewed the research progress of brachytherapy with permanent 125^I seed implantation for colorectal cancer.
