摘　　要：近年来，随着随着神经外科及相关技术的发展，自发性小脑出血外科治疗有了较大发展。自发性小脑出血外科治疗应根据患者的年龄、身体状况、发病时间、病因、病情轻重、头颅CT表现、术者的经验、本单位设备等因素，选择不同的手术方式，及时手术治疗，才能取得较好的治疗效果。本文就自发性小脑出血的外科治疗进展予以综述。Recent years, the surgical treatment of spontaneous cerebellar hemorrhage has been considera- bly developed with the progress in neurosurgery and its associated techniques. This article summarizes the progress in surgical treatment of spontaneous cerebellar hemorrhage, such as according to patients＇age, health condition, emerging time, cause and degree of seriousness of the disease, indications of CT, the experience of operator,the available instruments to select the pattern of operation in time to get better therapeutic effect.
