超声引导下乳腺微小病变活检的应用及进展

摘　　要：乳腺病变活检是乳腺癌术前确诊的重要环节，对于影像学（X线或超声成像）检查所发现的可疑恶性的微小钙化或小结节，需活检定性，但往往由于病变小，临床医师触诊阴性，造成活检困难或假阴性结果。本文对超声引导下穿刺活检在乳腺微小病变诊断中的应用进展进行综述。Biopsy of breast lesions is the important link of preoperative definite diagnosis of breast cancer. As to the doubtful malignant microcalciffication or nodule detected by imaging（ x-ray or ultrasonic imaging） ,biopsy is needed. But the little lesion like that often results in the difficult to carry out biopsy or negative findings because of the poor palpation. This article reviewed the apphcatiou value of ultrasound-gnided core needle biopsy in diagnosing breast minimal lesions.
