摘  要:部分水泥质量指标,用标准偏差不能很好地反映其波动对生产和质量的实际影响,相邻或邻近数据的差值可能比标准偏差更重要。对一组相同标准偏差数据,仅改变排列顺序,其影响程度也会不同。为此提出质量指标时间序列的概念,以克服标准偏差不能反映质量指标在时间一维空间排列状况的不足。对来自工厂的实际生产数据,尝试使用多种函数表征质量指标时间序列。结果表明,一阶差分绝对值可以敏感地反映出质量指标在时间顺序上相邻或邻近数据不考虑方向的波动幅度;一阶差分绝对值标准偏差可以反映一组质量指标相邻或邻近数据波动的总体情况。二者结合可用于表征具有时间序列特性质量指标的波动对实际生产的影响程度。With standard deviation, some cement quality indexes fluctuation can't reflect the real production, maybe the difference of contiguous data has more importance than that of the standard deviation, as for the same data, change the range order, the influence result will be different but the standard diviation value unchanged. So the concept of time-sequence-quality-index was put forward to avoid the shortage that standard deviation can' t reflect the range oder of quality indexes in time one-dimensional space. Many functions were tried to present quality indexes time range order. The results show that the first difference absolute value can reflect sensitively the contiguous data of quality indexes in time sequence, the directional fluctuation not considered, and the first differerice absolute value standard deviation can reflect the overall situation of contiguous data fluctuation of a group of quality indexex data. Combine the two functions can present the influence of quality indexes in time sequence on the real production.
