摘 要:按林木病害常规的研究方法,对松枯梢病病原菌的生物学特性和生长特性进行较系统和细致的研究。研究结果表明:该病原菌能在多种培养基上生长,但以在松梢煎汁液+糖+琼脂上为最好;其生长的最佳温度为25℃,相对湿度98%以上,pH值6.5~6.8之间。在一般培养条件下,病原菌在培养基上不产生子实体,但经紫外光每天照射20min,10d后即可产生子实体。子实体的形态、大小及特征和自然界中松梢上子实体基本一致,仅在形态上略大。The biological and growing characteristics of the pathogen diplodia pinea were studied systematically by using the methods of conventional plant pathology.The results showed that the pathogens could grow on kinds of mediums.The best medium was the mixture of decocted juice of pine top branch,sugar and agar,on which the optimum of the pathogen growth were under 25℃,98% relative humidity and pH 6.5~6.8. The pathogen couldn't produce any sporophores on any mediums in general culture conditions.but when irradiated with ultraviolet rays for 20 minutes per day,the sporophores could be produced after 10 days.The form of the sporophore was similar to that growing on the pine top branch in nature,but its size was a bit larger.
