摘　　要：通过对加工表面轮廓特征的分析，讨论了在表面轮廓参数测量中，表面波度的影响以及对其排除的必要性和重要性。介绍了在表面轮廓测量中一种数字滤波的方法，并进行了实例分析。Based on the analysis for the characteristic of machined surface profile,this paper explores surface wave's influence on the measurement in surface profile and the necessity and important to rid it of.A digital filter is introduced and tested by experiment for the measurement in surface profile.
