摘  要:利用含已知Sr5~Sr38基因的39个单抗基因系和19个不同毒性的小麦秆锈菌系,对94个小麦抗源品种进行了抗秆锈病基因的推导。结果有4个品种可能含有Sr38基因或含有国际上尚未命名的新的抗病基因,有72个品种可能含有Sr22,Sr26和Sr31中的某些抗病基因或含有国际上尚未命名的新的抗病基因,有3个品种含有Sr33基因,有1个品种含有Sr21等基因。我国的小麦秆锈病菌对这80个抗源品种表现无毒力或毒性频率很低,这些抗源品种是我国小麦抗秆锈病育种的有效抗源。Seedling resistant genes to stem rust were postulated in 94 wheat cultivars by comparing infection types produced on the cultivars with 39 near isogenic lines (or cultivars) known resistant genes (Sr5~Sr38) to 19 strains of Puccinia graminis f.sp.tritici contained different virultence genes.Resistant genes were postulated on the basis of the gene for gene concept.The 72 of 94 cultivars,as well as near isogenic lines (orcultivars) carried single gene Sr22,Sr26 or Sr31,were resistant to all tested strains (IT=0~2).They probably carried some gene(s) in the genes Sr22,Sr26 and Sr31 or possessed resistant gene(s) which have not been kown in the world so far.The 4 of 94 cultivars,as well as near isogenic line carrying sigle gene Sr38,were resistant to all tested strains (IT=0-0;).They probably carried gene Sr 38 or possessed resistant gene(s) which have not been known in th eworld so far.The 3 of 94 cultivars probably carried gene Sr33,while 1 cultivar probably carried gene Sr21.The strains of Puccinia graminis f.sp.tritici in China were unvirulence or had quite low virulence frequency to the 80 cultivars.They are effectively resistant resources for wheat breeding.
