甜瓜主要数量性状的配合力分析

摘　　要：以12个甜瓜高世代自交系为试验材料,采用NC-Ⅱ设计配制36个杂交组合,分析了15个数量性状的配合力、遗传力。结果表明:自交系W-010、W-020是十分良好的母本,自交系A-020、A-050是表现较好的父本。在15个性状指标中,除了单瓜重的广义遗传力为24.82%之外,其余都很高,都在87.23%～99.96%之间;狭义遗传力除了果实发育期为63.32%,其余都较小,都在5.95%～45.87%之间。Twelve self-lines of melon were divided into two groups by NC-11 to analyze 15 quantitative characters according to combining ability, heritability. The results indicated that self-lines W-010 and W-020 are the best female parents, self-lines A-020 and A-050 are the better male parents. In the 15 quantitative characters, besides broad-sense heritability of the weight per fruit is 24.82%, the others are very high between 82.23% and 99.96%. Besides narrow-sense heritability of the fruit maturity is 63.32%, the others are very small between 5.95%-45.87%.
