摘 要:通过构建耕地集约利用评价指标体系,采用均方差法确定指标权重并运用综合评价法对1999-2006四川省耕地利用集约度进行评价,在此基础上分析其区域差异。结果表明:耕地利用集约度呈波动上升趋势,且年均耕地利用集约度提高了24.80%;区域差异明显;自然因素、经济发展、人口变化和科技进步是耕地集约利用的驱动力。认为促进耕地集约利用应通过运用宣传教育、规划引导、农业结构优化、土地整治、科技投入等手段。Through constructing an evaluation system of intensive use of cultivated land, this paper conducts an overall appraisal of the intensive use of cultivated land in Sichuan Province from 1999 to 2006 by means of mean-square deviation to determine weight and applying the method of comprehensive evaluation and analyzes the regional differences based on the appraisal. The results indicate that intensive cultivated land use degree in Sichuan Province shows an upward trend, with an average increase per year of 24.80%. Obvious differences in intensive cultivated land use degree exist in different regions, with the highest degree in Chengdu City and the lowest in Ganzi Autonomous Region. The driving factors of intensive cultivated land use include physical factors, economic development, demographic changes, scientific and technological progress. It is concluded that intensive cultivated land use level can be improved through publicity and education, land use planning, optimization of agricultural structure, land remediation, agricultural science and technology inputs.
