摘　　要：通过介绍我国社会公益类科研机构的改革实践、国家对第一批改革试点单位的政策支持和改革试点工作取得的成效,分析了改革存在的基本问题,探讨了对改革的科学评价问题,提出了深化社会公益类科研机构改革的方向和重点。This paper introduces the practice of reform in public welfare institutions of scientific research, policy support granted by the state to the first group of experimental units and the achievements of the experimental reform, analyzes the basic problems in the reform, discusses the scientific evaluation of the reform, and refers to the direction and emphases of the institutional reform of such organizations.
