摘　　要：通过文献综述法、博弈分析法、逻辑推理法等研究方法,从不同农民的心理出发,了解促进和阻碍农村土地流转的因素。研究发现:经营大户看到规模效益的同时担心转出户心态不稳而无法获得成果;种田能手想通过扩大种植范围增加收入却由于农业投入资本高,效率低而犹豫不决;进城务工者想将土地流转出去又怕失去生活保障。为了给土地流转提供一个好的环境,打消农户的心理顾虑,进而分别从政策、制度、服务体系及技术平台的角度提出相应的建议,以便能提高土地流转的效率,促进土地流转进程。This paper uses the methods of literature summarization, game analysis and logical consequence to find out the factors promoting or blocking land circulation from the perspective of peasants＇ psychology. The results indicate that wealthy and powerful management families are worried about the unstable mentality of household transfers while realizing the feasibility of obtaining scale benefit, that fanning experts want to increase their income through expanding the extent of cultivation, while the investment in agriculture is too high and the efficiency is too low, and that although peasant-workers have wish to transfer their own land, they fear the loss of social security. The paper proposes the policy, the system, the service structure and the technology platform and puts forward several pieces of advice in order to provide a good environment for the land circulation and eliminate peasant＇s psychological misgivings, which can enhance the efficiency of land circulation to promote land circulation advancement.
