摘 要:近年来,随着工业的发展,钢结构施工中应用大口径钢管日益增多。由于卷制的大口径管道外形尺寸太大,受重力影响,管道管径与实际尺寸相差较大,管道组对时很容易产生错边现象,导致无法焊接或焊缝外观质量较差,无法满足设计及规范要求。经过研究并使用自制的管道管径调整胎具、管道组对胎具及管道焊接胎具,管道组对效率及管道焊缝质量得到显著提高。通过从管道下料、组对、焊接等方面详细阐述了大口径管道的制作工艺。In recent years, big-diameter steel tubes have been used widely in steel structures along with the rapid development of industry. There is a big discrepancy of dimension between the pipeline diameter and the actual size due to the gravitation and the oversize of the big-diameter steel tubes, so there are many wrong margin phenomena on the pipeline installation, resul- ting in incapable jointing or poor quality of the welding line, and a consequent failure to meet the demand of design and norm. But, after the application of home-made pipeline diameter adjusting tools, home-made pipeline installation tools and, home-made pipeline jointing tools, there is a notable improvement on the installation efficiency and the quality of welding line. Starting form an analysis of the pipeline material collocation, installation and jointing, the technological design and manufacture of big diameter steel tubes are introduced in detail.
