摘　　要：目的了解独立学院教职工的健康状况,为做好教职工的医疗保健工作提供依据。方法对电子科技大学中山学院2007年12月446人健康体检结果进行统计分析。结果我校教职工常见病为高脂血症、脂肪肝、高血压、高尿酸症,检出率依次为23.77%,12.78%,12.11%,12.11%,男女比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论代谢性疾病是威胁教职工健康的主要疾病,启动和实施人才健康工程,加强健康教育,改善不良生活方式和行为习惯,尽早实施心理行为干预,提高教职工身心健康。Objective To understand the health status of the teaching staff so as to provide the evidence for targeted health medical care. Methods The data of checkup results of 446 teaching staff were collected and analyzed statistically in December 2007. Results The common diseases were hyperlipidemia, fatty liver, hypertension and hyperuricemia, which respectively accounted for 23.77%, 12.78%, 12.11% and 12.11%. There were statistically significant differences between the males and females. Conclusions The health status of the teaching staff is not very well and could not be neglected. Metabolic diseases are the primary threat. So the appropriate prevention and control measures should be strengthened.
