摘  要:在高大平房仓内采用PEF隔热材料压盖粮面,通过在2004-2006年期间测定环境和粮堆内部不同部位温度,研究了外温对仓温和粮堆温度的影响,粮堆内部上、中、下层温度变化趋势,PEF保温隔热压盖粮面效果对比以及试验仓储小麦主要品质指标变化。研究表明PEF隔热材料压盖能够减小外界温湿度对粮堆的影响,压盖处理的小麦的水分变化小,且延缓了小麦粘度和发芽率降低的速度。The method of covering the surface of grain bulks with PEF, a heat insulation materials in large warehouse was adopted, the temperature of environment and grain bulks was measured during 2004-2006. The investigations were conducted, such as the effect of ambient temperature on storage temperature and grain temperature, temperature change trend of different grain layers in grain bulks, comparison of heat insulation effect and some main wheat quality changes. The results showed that the technique of covering the surface of grain bulks could weaken the effect of ambient temperature and humidity on grain bulks, and delayed the decline speed of wheat viscosity and germination rates.
