白花泡桐花的化学成分研究

摘　　要：目的:对白花泡桐花的化学成分进行分离与鉴定。方法:利用硅胶色谱柱层析进行分离纯化,通过波谱分析鉴定其结构。结果:从白花泡桐花中分离得到8个化合物,分别鉴定为:洋芹素(Ⅰ)、木樨草素(Ⅱ)、橙皮素(Ⅲ)、柚皮素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(Ⅳ)、熊果苷(Ⅴ)、4-羟苄基-β-D-葡萄糖苷(Ⅵ)、落叶酸(Ⅶ)、1-乙酰基-2-(3′-羟基)十八烷酸甘油酯(Ⅷ)。结论:上述化合物均为首次从本植物花中得到。Objective： To study the chemical constituents of the flower of Paulowniafortunei. Methods： The constituents were isolated by column chromatography and their structures were elucidated through spectroscopic analysis. Results： The compounds were identified as： apigenin（ Ⅰ ）, luteolin（Ⅱ ） , Hesperetin（ Ⅲ ） , Naringenin-7-O-β-D-glucoside （Ⅳ） , Arbutin （ Ⅴ ）, 4-hydroxybenzyl-β-D- glucoside（ Ⅵ ）, abscisic acid （Ⅶ ） and 1-acetoxy-3-hydroxypropan-2-yl-3-hydroxypentanoate （Ⅷ）. Conclusion ： All these compounds are obtained from the flower of this plant for the first time.
