都市化城市中心城区配电网优质供电方式探讨

摘　　要：随着中国经济的高速发展,目前已形成乡村城镇化,城镇都市化的趋势,以上海为代表的一线城市正逐步迈入国际化大都市的行列。如何针对这种新的趋势确立与都市化发展相适应的供电方式就成为所有供电公司都必须面临和解决的问题。为了支撑都市化的供电需求,针对都市化用电负荷特点,本文总结上海中心城区的成熟供电经验,通过对沪南供电分公司所辖供电范围内,如锦江商务区、南太平桥住宅区和北太平桥商业文化娱乐区等一系列具有中心城区特色的典型区域的现有供电需求及供电方式进行研究,同时以国家电网公司提出的"坚强电网"的各项指标为基础,提出了适应都市化城市中心城区的典型供电指标体系及典型供电方式,为今后城市高质量供电提供参考。As the first representative of the cities,Shanghai enter gradually the ranks of the international metropolis. How to acclimatize themselves to this new trend has become a big problem faced with all power supply companies. In order to support urbanization of the electricity needs, urbanization electricity load characteristics, the paper concludes the mature experience of Shanghai in the area of power supply. A study is done to investigate the existing regional electricity demand and supply approach of central city of the typical characteristics. These regions include Jinjiang commercial region, south Taipingqiao residential region, north Taipingqiao commercial and entertainment region, etc. The typical urban centers city power index system and the typical forms of power supply are proposed, as a reference for high quality power supply for future cities.
