摘 要:研究了桂花开花和衰老过程中乙烯的产生和脂质过氧化水平。结果表明,花瓣的可溶性蛋白质含量在衰老期间下降,乙烯释放量和呼吸速率具有明显的跃变高峰;SOD和CAT活性在盛花期后迅速下降,O-·2产生速率和MDA含量迅速上升,膜透性增加。认为乙烯的产生和脂质过氧化水平的增加是桂花衰老的主要生理原因。The levels of ethylene production and lipid peroxidation were investigated during florescence and flower senescence of Osmanthus fragrans Lour.The results showed that the soluble protein content decreased during senescence.The highest rates of ethylene production and respiration were found to be after the peak flowering stage.The O -· 2 productive rate and MDA content as well as the membrane permeability increased while the activities of SOD and CAT decreased rapidly during senescence.The increase of ethylene production and the rising of lipid peroxidation level are consi dered to be the main physiological causes for the flower senescence.
