摘 要:对来自中国8个地区的猪、犬源旋毛虫(哈尔滨海伦猪株、哈尔滨五常犬株、长春犬株、沈阳猪株、河南南阳猪株、湖北十堰猪株、西安猪株、云南大理猪株),系统测量了其不同发育阶段,包括包囊、肌幼虫、成虫(、♀)的长度、宽度,包囊形态学指数,肌幼虫和成虫体部大小。旋毛虫各发育阶段之间形态学变化缺乏规律性,表现在包囊大,幼虫和成虫不一定大,反之亦然;各地虫株长宽度间虽然也有差异,但也缺乏一定的规律性。因此,旋毛虫形态学在种株分类研究中不能作为依据。Eight isolates of Trichinella spiralis were collected from different hosts in China. They were isolated from pig of Hailun, Shenyang, Nanyang, Shiyan, Xi′an, Dali and dog of Wuchang, Changchun, respectively. The length, width of Trichinella spiralis in different growth stages and the cyst morphology of musele larva were measured. The results indicated that there were no regular morphological variation and significant differences among Trichinella spiralis isolated from different area of China and in its different growth stages. Therefore the morphology of Trichinella spiralis should not be used for their species classification.
