中国旋毛虫形态度量学分析

摘　　要：对来自中国８个地区的猪、犬源旋毛虫（哈尔滨海伦猪株、哈尔滨五常犬株、长春犬株、沈阳猪株、河南南阳猪株、湖北十堰猪株、西安猪株、云南大理猪株），系统测量了其不同发育阶段，包括包囊、肌幼虫、成虫（、♀）的长度、宽度，包囊形态学指数，肌幼虫和成虫体部大小。旋毛虫各发育阶段之间形态学变化缺乏规律性，表现在包囊大，幼虫和成虫不一定大，反之亦然；各地虫株长宽度间虽然也有差异，但也缺乏一定的规律性。因此，旋毛虫形态学在种株分类研究中不能作为依据。Eight isolates of Trichinella spiralis were collected from different hosts in China. They were isolated from pig of Hailun, Shenyang, Nanyang, Shiyan, Xi′an, Dali and dog of Wuchang, Changchun, respectively. The length, width of Trichinella spiralis in different growth stages and the cyst morphology of musele larva were measured. The results indicated that there were no regular morphological variation and significant differences among Trichinella spiralis isolated from different area of China and in its different growth stages. Therefore the morphology of Trichinella spiralis should not be used for their species classification.
