ZEPHIR颈前路钛板系统联合异体骨笼在脊髓型颈椎病手术治疗中的应用

摘  要:目的:探讨ZEPHIR颈前路钛板系统联合异体骨笼在脊髓型颈椎病手术治疗中的应用。方法:应用该技术治疗脊髓型颈椎病67例。结果:所有患者获得6-32个月(平均16个月)的随访。根据JOA评分,患者脊髓神经损伤恢复优良率为86.57%;术后6个月融合率为76.12%,术后9个月融合率为86.57%,术后12个月融合率为92.54%。结论:ZEPHIR颈前路钛板系统联合异体骨笼植入手术可以重建椎管容积以及椎间隙的高度,有效解除脊髓前方所受的压迫,有固定简单可靠、植骨融合率高、可以早期活动、损伤少等优点,是一种较理想的手术方法。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of anterior Zephir Titanium plate fixation combined with allograft cage on cervical spondylotic myelopathy. Methods:67 patients with cervical spondylotie myelopathy were treated with anterior Zephir Titanium plate fixation combined with allograft cage-implantation. Results:All cases were followed up for 6 -32 months (mean 15 months). According to JOA evaluating standards, the excellent and good recovery rate of the spinal cord was 86. 57%. The rates of the bone fusion were 76. 12% in six months postoperatively; 86. 57% in nine months postoperatively and 92.54% in one year postoperatively. Conclusion : It is suggested that the treatment of CSM by ATP and AC can rebuild the vertebral canal volum and the vertebral body height, relieve the anterior - side compression of the spinal cord efficiently, this method also has some other advantages: easy and safe fixation, high bone fusion rate, early functional exercise, hypo - injury and so on, this method is confirmed to be ideal.
