摘　　要：目的:探讨T管造影配合透视下动态观察的临床应用价值。方法:回顾性分析283例T管造影配合透视下动态观察的影像学表现和诊断结论,并与胆管镜、临床随访结果对照。结果:准确诊断残留结石164例,误诊5例,排除90例,漏诊29例。同时诊断胆总管下端通畅107例,胆总管下端痉挛31例、狭窄85例、梗阻56例。结论:T管造影配合透视下动态观察方法简便,诊断准确性高,有重要的临床应用价值。Objective：To evaluate the clinical value of T- tube cholang iography cooperated with fluoroscopic the dynamic observation. Methods ： Analysed 283 cases of T - tube cholangiogram cooperated fluoroscopic dynamic observation, and contrasted with choledochoscope examination and the result of clinical follow- up. Results： Accurate diagnosis had 164 cases of residual gallstones, 5 cases of misdiagnosis;eacluded 90 cases;29 cases missed diagnosis . At the same time, diagnosed of 107 cases of common bile duct unobstructed, 31 cases of spastic inferior extremity of common bile duct, 85 cases of stenosis, 56 cases of obstruction. Conclusion ： T - tube cholangiography cooperated with fluoroscopic dynamic observation is simple and accurate. It has important clinical value.
