摘　　要：目的:探讨无痛胃镜检查过程中的相关护理技术。方法:回顾性分析720例无痛胃镜检查术的配合与护理。结果:除8例病人因躁动未一次完成外,其余712例顺利完成检查及治疗,无出血、穿孔等并发症。结论:在无痛胃镜检查过程中采取全面?细致?整体的护理措施,是病人安全?顺利地完成检查的重要保障。Objective：To explore the nursing skills painless gastroscopy relevant . Methods：To analyse the cooperation and nursing of 720 cases of painless gastroseopy retrospectively. Results： Eight patients did not once finish due to restlessness, the remaining 712 cases were successful received examination and treatment, without bleeding, perforation and other complications. Conclusion：In the process of painless gastroseopy comprehensive, meticulous holistic nursing plays an important role for safe and successful examination.
