复方解酒药的配伍分析

摘　　要：目的观察复方解酒药及其各组分单药的疗效及配伍分析。方法40只昆明种小白鼠随机分成4组,每组10只。各组给酒0.24 ml/10 g,30 min后,分别以生理盐水、50%葛花液、50%枳椇子液和0.5%阿魏酸钠0.2 ml/10 g灌胃,观察步态不稳发生时间、翻正反射消失时间及翻正反射恢复时间,并进行配伍分析。结果葛花和枳椇子组与对照组比较,步态不稳发生时间和翻正反射消失时间均明显延长(P<0.05),翻正反射恢复时间明显减少(P<0.05);阿魏酸钠组各指标与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义。正交试验显示,各因素F值依次为葛花0.034、枳椇子0.016、阿魏酸钠0.001、葛花加枳椇子0.006、阿魏酸钠加葛花0.003和阿魏酸钠加枳椇子0.032。结论葛花和枳椇子对急性酒精中毒均有解酒作用。最佳配伍剂量为葛花5 g/kg加枳椇子5 g/kg加阿魏酸钠50 mg/kg。Objective To select the best combination doses for compound dealcoholization prescription and its components by building up model of acute alcoholic intoxication. Methods 40 mice were divided into model control group, puerana flowers group, hovenia dulcis thunb group and sodium ferulate group randomly with 10 mice in each group. Distilled spirits were administered to all mice with the dosage of 0.24 ml/10 g. Thirty minutes later, 50% puerana flowers,50% hovenia dulcis thunb and 0.5% sodium ferulate were administered in each group with the dosage of 0.2 ml/10 g, respectively. The durations of the drinking mice＇s gait,disappearance of righting reflex and the recovery of righting reflex were investigated. The best combination dose was selected by orthogonal experiment. Results The durations of the drinking mice＇s gait and disappearance of righting reflex in puerana flowers group and hovenia dulcis thunb group were longer than those of the model group （P〈0.05）. The duration of the recovery of righting reflex was shorter than that of the model group （P〈0.05）. The results of the sodium ferulate group were not significantly different from those of the model group （P〉0.05）. F values of puerana flowers group, hovenia dulcis thunb group and sodium ferulate group were 0. 034,0. 016 and 0. 003, respectively. Meanwhile, 0. 006,0. 003, and 0. 032 were the F values for puerana flowers plus hovenia dulcis thunb,puerana flowers plus sodium ferulate, and hovenia dulcis thunb plus sodium feru- late,respectively. Conclusion Both puerana flowers and hovenia dulcis thunb can prolong endure-time before intoxication and shorten last-time after intoxication. The best combination dose is puerana flowers （5 g/kg） plus hovenia dulcis thunb （5 g/kg） plus sodium ferulate （50 mg/kg）.
