复方芎芷散治疗瘀血阻络型血管性头痛临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察复方芎芷散对瘀血阻络型血管性头痛的临床治疗效果。方法入选90例瘀血阻络型血管性头痛患者,随机分为中药、中西药、西药组,每组30例,中药组给予复方芎芷散治疗,中西药组给予复方芎芷散和西比灵治疗,西药组给予西比灵治疗。1个月后比较各组之间疗效和血液流变学性质的差异。结果中药和中西药组的疗效均明显优于西药组(P<0.05),且全血高切与低切黏度、血浆黏度与治疗前比较,均明显下降(P<0.05);中西药组在治疗效果、降低血液黏度方面的功效略优于中药组,但差异无统计学意义。结论复方芎芷散对瘀血阻络型血管性头痛有较好的治疗作用,其机制与改善血液流变学状态有关。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Fufangxiongzhi （FFXZ）powder on treating vascular headache with blood stagnation type. Methods 90 patients with vascular headache of blood stagnation type were recruited. Patients were divided into three groups randomly as traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） treated group, TCM and western medicine treated group and western medicine treated group. The patients in the above three groups received therapy of FFXZ powder, FFXZ powder and capsule Sibelium, capsule Sibelium, respectively. The differences of therapeutic effects and property of hemorheology among 3 groups were compared after one month. Results The therapeutic effect in TCM treated group and TCM and western medicine treated group were better than that in western medicine treated group （P〈0.05）. Moreover, blood viscosity of high and low shear rate and plasma viscosity were reduced in TCM treated group and TCM and western medicine treated group after one month （P〈0.05）. However, there were no statistical differences of therapeutic effect and bemorbeology between TCM treated group and TCM and western medicine treated group. Conclusion Vascular headache with blood stagnation type can be treated effectively by FFXZ powder. The mechanism may be related to improving the property of hemorheology.
