摘　　要：政府在毕业生就业过程中起着十分重要的作用，是大学生就业的关键因素。政府应高度重视毕业生就业工作，制定有关政策，从法律、法规、制度等方面为大学生就业提供保障；建立有利于大学生就业的、适合中国国情的长效机制，确保大学生的就业质量，促进我国经济社会的快速、可持续发展，确保社会稳定。The Government plays the employment of university a very important role in graduate employment and is a key factor in students. Government should graduate employment. It should make policies and provide students from the aspects of laws and regulations and the attach great importance to the work of protection of employment for university system. It should establish a long-term mechanism Students which is in favor of the employment of the university students and China＇ s national conditions, ensure the quality of employment of university students, and promote China＇ s economic and social rapid, sustainable development, and ensure the stability of our society.
