摘 要:碱性氧化还原电位水由自制小型隔膜式电解槽组成的电解装置中以电解方式获得。试验中分别对不同电场强度及流速下的碱性氧化还原电位水的pH值、表面张力、电导率及存放时间进行了分析测试,得出了该电解装置的高效电解参数为电场强度320 V/m、流速80 mL/s。使用碱性氧化还原电位水制备水泥砂浆,结果显示,其早期抗压强度提高50%以上,28 d抗压强度提高30%;用碱性氧化还原电位水拌制的掺30%粉煤灰水泥砂浆与用自来水拌制的水泥砂浆有相近的早期抗压强度。结果表明,碱性氧化还原电位水拌和水泥砂浆抗压强度有较大提高,亦可大量节约水泥。A miniature electrolyzer made up of diaphragm electrolytic cells was manufactured to produce alkaline redox potential water (ARP water), pH value, surface tension, electrical conductivity and validity period of ARP water were tested at different electric field strengths and flow velocity. The results show that the best quality of ARP water is achieved at 320 V/m and 80 mL/s. Mixing concrete with ARP water was attempted for the first time. It is shown that compress'lye strength of concrete mixed with ARP water increases over 50% at early age and 30% at the age of 28 days. Concrete and mortar mixed with ARP water which contains 30% fly ash has a similar early-age compressive strength with common concrete mixed with tap water. It is confirmed that concrete and mortar mixed with ARP water has a better compressive strength and saves a large amount of concrete.
