摘  要:目的:测定鸡树条荚蒾不同部位化学成分的含量,为制定鸡树条荚蒾的质量标准提供科学依据。方法:采用分光光度法对鸡树条荚蒾枝、叶、果实中黄酮和多糖含量进行测定分析;同时采用原子吸收分光光度法对鸡树条荚蒾不同部位中Fe、Cu、Zn、Mn四种微量元素进行含量测定。结果:鸡树条荚蒾不同部位中黄酮和多糖含量以果实中的含量为最高,Fe、Mn、Zn、Cu四种微量元素中以Fe、Mn、Zn含量较为丰富。结论:鸡树条荚蒾不同部位黄酮、多糖以及四种微量元素含量差异较大,说明鸡树条荚蒾中化学成分的含量与其部位具有一定的相关性,临床应用时应注意其入药部位。To determine the contents of different kinds of the chemical constituents from different parts of Viburnum sargentii Koehne , And provides the reference data for the formulation of Viburnum sargentii Koehne's quality standard. Method : To analyze the contents of flavonoids, polysaccharide and 4 kinds of trace elements from different parts of Viburnum sargentii Koehne by the method of spectrophotometric. Result: the contents of flavonoids and polysaccharide in fruit were higher than the other parts of Viburnum sargentii Koehne. and the contents of Ire, Mn and Zn were higher than the content of Cu. Conclusion: The difference of the contents of different kinds of the chemical constituents in Viburnum sargentii Koehne, which derived in different parts, is obvious. And there has a certain relation between the contents of different kinds of the chemical constituents and the parts.
