摘 要:目的研究多种消毒方法对义齿石膏模型的消毒效果及尺寸精度的影响。方法50个模型试件共分6组,以清水冲洗作为对照组。每组中的各种不同方法(时间)均设5个试件。分别采用2%戊二醛喷涂后静置20min、2%戊二醛浸泡(20、30、60min)、含氯消毒液消毒喷涂后静置20min,含氯消毒液消毒浸泡(20、30、60min)、紫外线箱照射法及清水冲洗法,对临床污染了细菌的超硬石膏模型进行消毒。在处理前后对模型采样及测量尺寸精度的变化。结果各组的消毒方式对细菌灭活均有效,总有效率达93.3%。喷涂法、紫外线照射法杀菌率达80%,浸泡法杀菌率达100%。2%戊二醛、含氯消毒液(喷涂后静置20min或浸泡20、30min)和紫外线照射消毒处理前后各测量值的形变率均<0.2%,但是含氯消毒液浸泡消毒60min后,形变率>0.2%,而且其模型线性长度的测量值与对照组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论2%戊二醛、含氯消毒液30min内(喷涂或浸泡)消毒及紫外线照射消毒,不影响修复体制作的精度,可试用于临床。Objective To study the influence of differnt disinfection methods on the disinfectant effect and accuracy for the plaster model of denture. Methods The 50 model samples were divided into 6 groups which were washed by clear water as the control group. Different methods(times) in each group were located in five samples. Five methods of disinfection were used to disinfect the su- perhard plaster model polluted by the bacterial clinic. The first was to spray 2% glutaraldehyde disinfectant onto gypsum mold and wait for 20 min. The second was to immerse gypsum mold in 2% glutaraldehyde disinfectant for 20,30,60 min respectively. The third was to spray chlorine-containing disinfectant onto gypsum mold and wait for 20 min. The fourth was to immerse gypsum mold in chlorine-containing disinfectant for 20,30,60 min. The fifth was under the UV exposure. The differences in sampling point of five methods and measuring in dimensional precision were compared. Results Each disinfection method in both groups were effective for bacterial inactivation,and the total effective rate was 93. 3%. The sterilization rates of spraying method and ultraviolet irradiation were both 80% the immersion sterilization rates were 100%. The deformation rates before and after the measurement of 2% glutaraldehyde, chlorine disinfectant spray 20 min,soak 20 rain,30 min,and ultraviolet radiation disinfection were all less than 0.2%. After 60 min of immersion disinfection, the measured value was above 2%. The comparison between linear measurement of model length and that in the control group was of significance(P〈0.05). Conclusion The disinfection methods with 2% glutaraldehyde disinfectant,chlorine-containing disinfectant sprayed or immersed within 30 minutes and ultraviolet radiation disinfection don't affect the accuracy of the production of prosthesis and can be tested in clinical settings.
