摘　　要：运用电子信息技术,开发移动手持智能终端临床护理操作考核系统。便利选取某市2所三级甲等综合性医院和2所二级甲等综合性医院的260名内、外、专科临床护士为测试对象,实施为期6个月的软件系统临床测试。软件系统经过静脉输液、口腔护理等19项临床基本护理技术共5670例次的测试,并对测试中的问题进行改进,加强系统的严谨性、易用性、便携性、高效性等特点和自动存贮考生信息、成绩汇总分析、考生登入查询等功能。无纸化临床护理操作考试系统较好地满足了临床基本护理技术训练与考核的需求,提升了临床教学管理水平,为医院教学管理提供必要的支持。The paperless clinical nursing operation exam system has been developed by the electronic information technologies. A total of 260 clinical internal and surgical nurses and clinical nurse specialists in different departments from two 3-Grade and two 2-Grade integrated hospitals were selected to undertake a clinical test on the system for 6 months. 5 670 samples were tested for 19 clinical basic nursing skills including vein transfusion, oral nursing, etc during the software test. The problems appearing during the test were improved, which made the system has the peculiarities of preciseness, ease for use, portability, efficiency combined with the functions of automatic storage of candidates＇ information, meta-analysis of results, candidates logging in and requires,etc. The system has been accepted and indentified by the mass of nursing managers. The paperless clinical nursing operation exam system has fullfilled the needs of clinical basic nursing techniques training and exam, upgraded the management of clinical teaching, and provided a necessary support for the management of hospital teaching.
