摘　　要：城市文化是人类在社会发展中所创造的物质财富和精神财富的聚集,图书馆厚重的文化内涵和典雅的外观体现了城市文化的个性与特色,具有彰显和提升城市文化的重要功能。通过对城市文化的分析,指出图书馆是一个城市文化重要的文化性标志,应成为城市文化建设的主要力量。City culture is a get-together of human material wealth and spirits wealth ,decorous library cultural contents and external appearance embody the character and special features of city culture, with the function of promoting and showing the city culture. By analyzing city culture, the author points out library is an important city culture marking, which should become the main resourse of city culture construction.
