摘　　要：目的：探讨碳酸氢钠在预防老年糖尿病患者口腔真菌感染中的作用。方法：将使用和未使用抗菌药的患者均分为实验组和对照组,实验组用5%的碳酸氢钠10ml在三餐后漱口1分钟,对照组用清水漱口,两组每2天一次口腔黏膜和舌苔涂片检查真菌感染情况,观察时间一个月。结果：老年糖尿病患者预防性使用5%的碳酸氢钠漱口能减少口腔真菌感染发生率。结论：老年糖尿病患者可使用5%的碳酸氢钠漱口以预防口腔真菌感染。Objective：Study and discuses the effect of sodium bicarbonate in preventing oral cavity mould infection for the elder diabetes mellitus patient.Methods：The elder diabetes mellitus patient of using and not using antibiotic be divided the experimental group and the contrast group,The experimental group uses 5% sodium bicarbonate 10 milliliters to gargle for 1 minute after having meal,the contrast group using water to gargle;The mould from oral mucosa and tongue smear be observed every 2 day for one month.Results：The oral cavity mould occurrence rate be cut down. Condusion： Using 5 % sodium bicarbonate gargling be able to prevent the breeding of mould in oral cavity to The elder age diabetes mellitus patient.
