现实护理疗法应用于躯体化障碍患者的对照研究

摘  要:目的:观察现实疗法和传统护理相结合的方式对躯体化障碍患者进行护理的效果。方法:将符合CCMD-3"躯体化障碍"诊断标准的106例患者按随机原则分为两组。研究组由5名责任护士实施现实疗法9项基本技术,每天护理查房后由当班责任护士对入组患者一对一进行20分钟现实护理法,每周由护士长组织入组患者集体进行点评并进行健康教育。对照组进行传统护理。结果:两组治疗后症状均有明显好转。第2周开始躯体和焦虑因子分已经出现差别(P<0.05),第4周则达到极显著差异(P<0.01)。第4周阳性项目数两组间的差别达到了极显著意义(P<0.01)。第4周偏执因子两组间也出现了差别。结论:对躯体化障碍,系统的抗焦虑、抗抑郁治疗有一定效果,联合现实护理法疗效更加突出。Objective: The use of reality therapy and a combination of traditional health care approach in patients with somatization disorder observed, Care to find effective countermeasures, Improve the cure rate. The first four weeks the number of positive projects the difference between the two groups reached a very significant ( P 〈 O. 01 ). The first four weeks paranoid - 2 group differences also emerged. Conclusion: Somatiza- tion disorder patients with antidepressant drug treatment is mainly to deal with anxiety symptoms. This study shows that the system have a certain anti - anxiety effect of antidepressant treatment, the joint effect of the reality care act have become more prominent.
