社会文教支出与经济增长的实证分析及其政策建议——基于财政支出结构的研究

摘　　要：通过建立了计量经济学模型,研究我国财政支出按功能分类的各项支出与经济增长之间的相关性,利用Eviews软件对社会文教支出与经济增长做了协整分析,得出社会文教支出与GDP的增长存在着较为明显的正相关关系,财政支出适用于社会公共服务方面,可以有效地促进经济增长。在实证分析的基础上,对社会文教支出提出了一系列政策建议。By establishing Measure Economics Model, this article studied the correlations between the public expenditures and the economic growth. It also made co -integrated analysis on the public expenditures on social welfare, culture and education and economic growth through Eviews software. It＇ s concluded that there was positive correlation between them. Financial expenditures applied to social public service could promote economic growth effectively. Based on empirical analysis, the article also put forward some policy suggestions.
