摘 要:随着汽车数量的增多,汽车尾气所造成的污染不容忽视。国内、外均加强了对汽车尾气排放的管理,颁布并执行了相应的法规。欧洲已执行欧Ⅳ标准,我国也正在逐步执行相当于欧Ⅳ的国Ⅳ标准。该标准中增加了发动机的瞬态实验环节,因此检测发动机进气流量的热式MAF传感器应具有较高的动态响应特性。国内、外厂家标注了MAF传感器的响应时间,但是并未给出相应的动态实验装置和测试方法。文章介绍了国内外热式MAF传感器的动态实验装置和工作原理,并讨论了性能指标的评定方法。With the increasing of automobile quantity, pollution resulting from automobile exhaust gas is nonnegligible. The management of automobile exhaust gas emission has been strengthened both at home and abroad, meanwhile relevant laws and regulations have been issued and implemented. Now the EU_Ⅳ standard has been implemented in Europe,and China has been implementing the national_Ⅳ standard equivalent to EU_Ⅳ. This standard has added a part of dynamic experiment on the engine,so the dynamic performance of the thermal mass air flow(MAF) sensor to detect the intake air flow should be excellent. The MAF sensors made by domestic and overseas manufacturers have labeled the response time, but corresponding experimental equipment and testing methods have not been revealed. In this paper, dynamical experimental equipment and operational principles of the thermal MAF sensor are summarized, and the performance index evaluation methods are discussed.
