摘　　要：针对华能上安电厂的变频改造方案,对一次风机变频改造的热工DCS控制策略进行介绍,该策略实施后,实现了自动方式下一次风机工频/变频2种方式等出力、小扰动的相互切换,达到了较好的控制效果,为风机的稳定运行和各工况成功切换提供了有力保证。This paper introduces the new heat energy control DCS control strategy during primary air fan frequency converting reconstruction. After actualization, two fashions of primary air fan power frequency and frequency converting are switched under the automation mode with same output and small interference, the control effect is better, to ensure the stable operation of air fan and switch successfully during every operation condition.
