祛肝脂合剂对非酒精性脂肪肝的降脂作用研究

摘　　要：目的:观察祛肝脂合剂对非酒精性脂肪肝的降脂作用。方法:高脂饮食建立非酒精性脂肪肝模型;实验结束时,检查肝功、血TC、TG,肝脏指数和10%肝匀浆中TC、TG水平。结果:祛肝脂合剂能减轻非酒精性脂肪肝大鼠的体重,降低转氨酶、肝TC、TG,血TC,而升高ALB,与模型组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:祛肝脂合剂能降低非酒精性脂肪肝血脂和肝脂。Objective ：To liver in rats.Methods：Models investigate the therapeutic effects of QuGanZhiHeJi （QGZHJ） on nonalcoholic fatty of nonalcoholic fatty liver were set up by feeding high fat diet.At the end of experiment,the liver function,serum TC and TG, liver index, TC and TG in 10%liver homogenate were observed in rats. Results：Compared with model group, the weights , blood serum ALT and AST ,TC and TG in homogenates and in serum were significantly decreased by QGZHJ. The level of ALB in serum was obviously increased by QGZHJ.The differences were striking （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Lipid and liver fat could be reduced by QGZHJ in fatty liver rats.
