脑舒胶囊对非特异性炎症模型的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究脑舒胶囊的抗炎作用。方法:分别采用二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿和蛋清致大鼠足跖肿制备非特异性炎症模型;称重法测小鼠耳廓肿和容积法测大鼠足跖肿;以肿胀率和肿胀抑制率评价脑舒胶囊的抗炎效果。结果:0.67g/kg和1.33g/kg的脑舒胶囊能降低小鼠耳廓肿胀率,与对照组比较具有统计学差异(P<0.05,0.01);肿胀抑制率分别为26.51%、33.17%。0.36g/kg和0.72g/kg脑舒胶囊能降低致炎后1～5h大鼠足跖肿胀率,与对照组比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05,0.01);肿胀抑制率在致炎后1h、2h、3h、4h、5h、6h分别为5.26%、10.38%、13.40%、13.75%、15.07%、10.34%和14.74%、11.32%、13.40%、15.00%、15.07%、15.52%。结论:脑舒胶囊对二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓肿胀和蛋清所致大鼠足跖肿具有较好的抑制作用。Objective：To observe the anti-inflammation of Naoshu Capsules.Methods： Non-specific inflammation model of mouse auricle and rat vola pedis swelling was induced respectively by xylol and egg-white; the swelling was measured by means of weighing and volumetry; anti-inflammation of Naoshu Capsules was estimated by swelling and inhibition ratio.Results：Compared with conmal group 0.67 g/kg and 1.33g/kg Naoshu Capsules can signifieantly decrease the auricle swelling ratio of mouse （P〈0.05,0.01）;the inhibition ratio was 26.51%, 33.17% respectively . 0.36 g/kg and 0.72g/kg Naoshu Capsules can sighificantly decrease vola pedis swelling ratio of rat （P〈0.05,0.01）; the inhibition ratio was 5.26%,10.38%,13.40%,13.75%,15.07%,10.34% and 14.74%, 11.32%,13.40%,15.00%,15.07%,15.52% in 1h,2h,3h,4h,5h,6h after-inflammation respectively .Conclusion： Naoshu Capsules has obvious anti-inflammatory action on model of mouse auricle and rats vola pedis swelling caused by xylol and egg-white.
