肱骨髁外固定系统的研制和生物力学比较

摘  要:目的:据肱骨髁解剖学特点设计肱骨髁骨折外固定系统,通过生物力学比较分析,论证肱骨髁外固定系统性能优势。方法:测量24例肱骨髁数据,设计肱骨髁外固定系统,绘图、生产之。制作骨折固定模型,测试肱骨髁外固定系统、Y形钢板及克氏针固定模型生物力学并比较分析。结果:肱骨髁外固定系统固定肱骨髁骨折抗拉伸与Y钢板无明显差异,比克氏针优越;其抗扭转性能比Y钢板、克氏针更强。结论:肱骨髁外固定系统适用于肱骨髁骨折,对开放性骨折尤为适用,适于临床推广使用。Objective:To design the external fixation of condylus humeri according to its anatomical characteristics,then analyze its biomechanical property ,to prove its performance preponderance in condylus humeri. Methods: The data of the condylus humeri were measured, the external fixation of condylus humeri was designed, drawn and produced.The mechanical data of the external fixation in condylus humeri were recorded,the rebuilding plate and Kirschner wire were made,then they were compareed and analyzed . Results: There is no significant difference in elongation strength between the external fixation and the rebuilding plate that were fixed in condylus humeri fracture(P〉0.05), but the counter-torquing strength is more remarkable,compared with the rebuilding plate and Kirschner wire (P〈0.05). Conclusion: The external fixation of condylus humeri is fit to the condylus humeri fracture, it is more fit to compound fracture, and it will be applicable to extensive use in clinic.
