摘 要:目的:评价科玛嘉(CHR OMagar)念珠菌显色培养基在临床念珠菌鉴定中的应用价值。方法:将标本同时接种沙氏基和CHR OMagar念珠菌显色培养基,沙氏基上生长的酵母菌经API20C AUX酵母菌鉴定系统鉴定,CHR OMagar念珠菌显色培养基根据菌落颜色、形态直接判读。结果:386份疑似标本中CHR OMagar念珠菌显色培养基鉴定出白色念珠菌141株,热带念珠菌39株,光滑念珠菌18株,克柔念珠菌8株,其他不能鉴定到种的念珠菌19株,与API20CAUX酵母菌鉴定系统鉴定结果对比,白色念珠菌符合率为100%,热带念珠菌为97.4%,光滑念珠菌为89.5%,克柔念珠菌为100%,总符合率为98.5%,两种方法对念珠菌的鉴定无显著性差异。结论:CHR OMagar念珠菌显色培养基能快速、简便、准确鉴定临床常见念珠菌,明显提高对念珠菌混合感染的识别。Objective:To evaluate the value of CHROMagar Candida in clinical candida identification. Methods:Specimens were inoculated on sabouraud culture medium and that on CHROMagar Candida at the same time, then the yeast fungus which grown on sabouraud culture medium was identified by API20C AUX, while that on CHROMagar Candida was judged directly according to the color and appearance of colonies . Results:In the 386 specimens, by CHROMagar Candida identifying, C.albieans were 141 cases, C.tropicalis were 39 cases, C. glabrata were 18 cases, C.krusei were 8 cases, other candida that can't be identified were 19 cases; compared with the result of API20C AUX, C.albicans matches rate was 100%, C.tropicalis was97.4%, C.glabrata was 89.5%, C. krusei was 100%, the total coincidence rate was 98.5%, two kinds of methods did not show remarkable difference. Conclusion:CHROMagar Candida can identify clinical common eandida rapidly, conveniently and accurately, and improve the ability of identification in mixed infection obviously.
