摘 要:湛江电厂3号300Mw机组锅炉设计煤种为晋东南无烟煤与贫煤的混煤,拟改烧烟煤,对此进行了热力计算,分析了改烧烟煤对锅炉安全性和经济性的影响。利用热重分析仪和一维沉降炉研究了煤粉细度对燃烧特性的影响,确定试烧期间合适的煤粉细度为15%~20%;提出了3号炉改造方案并进行了试烧,结果表明50%负荷下可无油稳定运行,锅炉热效率可提高2%。The originally designed coal sort for boiler no. 3 of 300 MW unit in Zhanjiang Power Plant was blend coal of anthracitic coal and lean coal produced from South - east Shanxi Province,it is in- tended to convert the said boiler to burn bituminous coal,for this,the thermodynamic calculation has been carried out,and the influence of converting the boiler to burn bituminous coal upon safety and e- conomic efficiency of the boiler being analysed. The influence of pulverized coal fineness upon the com- bustion characters has been studied by using thermo - gravimetric analyser and one - dimentional subsi- ding furnace. It is determined that the suitable fineness of pulverized coal during trial firing period to be 15 %-20%. The retrofit scheme of boiler no. 3 has been put forward,and trial firing is carried out. Results show that the boiler can maintain oil - less and stable operation under load of 50 %, the thermal efficiency of boiler can be enhanced by 2 %.
