摘  要:华能玉环电厂的超超临界1 000 MW汽轮机组故障时,为缩短停机冷却时间,采用快速冷却(快冷)系统。2号机组故障停机时,应用了快冷系统,缩短了10天检修工期。该厂4台机组在停机检修中累计投入快冷系统11次,都取得了较好的效果,节约了大量的检修工期。In the event of trouble occurred on ultra- supercritical 1 000 MW steam turbine in Huaneng Yuhuan Power Plant, in order to shorten the cooling - down time for shutdown of the unit, a rapid cooling - down system had been adopted. During the time of shutdown due to trouble occurred on unit no. 2, the rapid cooling -down system had been used, shortening the repair by ten days. Through appli- cation of said technology onto the other three units,the rapid cooling- down systems have been accu- mulatively put into operation for eleven times in the repair period during shutdown of the four units, saving large amount of time in the repair period.
