摘  要:凝汽器真空值的高低与汽轮机组的安全性和经济性密切相关。通过对扬州发电有限公司7号300 MW机组运行真空低的原因分析,认为影响该机组真空低的主要因素是凝汽器总体换热系数偏小、冷却水流量偏低及抽气系统工作不正常等。对此,提出了提高真空的有效途径及解决方法,如循环水泵改造、凝汽器冷却管除垢等。通过实施改造,使机组运行真空提高约4 kPa。The vacuum value in condenser is closely related to safety and economic efficiency of the steam turbine unit,through cause analysis of low vacuum in operation of unit no. 7 in Yangzhou Power Generation Co Ltd,it is believed that the main factors affecting low vacuum in operation of said unit are as follows.smaller total heat exchange coefficient of the condenser ~ lower flow rate of the cooling water,and abnormal operation of the air- extracting system, etc.. For these, effective ways and solving measures for enhancing the vacuum, such as retrofitting the circulating water pump,and descaling from tubes in condenser, etc. have been put forward. Through implementation of the retrofit scheme, the vacuum in operation of said condenser has been enhanced by 4 kPa.
