摘  要:安庆电厂1号汽轮发电机组在整套起动调试期间发电机漏氢严重,已威胁到电厂的安全生产。停机检查发现,发电机两侧大端盖密封槽堵头松脱,密封胶被氢气吹落,是造成发电机内大量氢气泄漏的原因。另外,密封油差压阀及平衡阀工作不正常,加剧了氢气的泄漏。装配好密封槽堵头,并更换了发电机端盖垫片;对主差压阀波纹管进行了更新,平衡阀解体清洗;重新连接氢气干燥器进出管道。采取上述措施后发电机漏氢量大幅减少,达到了行业的要求。During the time of commision debugging for the complete turbo - generator set no. 1 in An- qing Power Plant, severe hydrogen leakage had appeared, threatening safe production in the power plant. It has been discovered from inspection after shutdown that the causes resulted in large quantity hydrogen leakage are as follows:the plugs in seal grooves on large end covers at two sides of the gener- ater have loosened, and the sealant being blown down by the hydrogen, in addition,abnormal operation of the differential pressure valve and the balanced valve for sealing oil having intensified the hydrogen leakage. After re- installing plugs into the seal grooves, and replacing spacers on end covers of the gen- erator,the corrogated pipe of differential pressure valve being renewed, the balanced valve being cleaned after disassembling, the inlet and outlet pipes of hydrogen dryer being reconnected, making the quantity of hydrogen leakage to be decreased by a big margin, satisfying the reqirements of power in- dustry.
